From specification to installation and beyond

From the very first contact, Project Managers in the UK or US office liaise closely with customers throughout each project, from defining the specification to installing the machines.

Once the equipment has been installed, our Lifetime Support program ensures just that: continued access to Baker Perkins’ application and process experts and engineers, who will ensure your lines produce the highest quality products at the lowest running cost, for as long as your machines are in operation.

As well as maintenance that will optimize running, a process or service visit from our engineers will offer refinement and troubleshooting advice that will help maximize your performance and profitability. They can also save you costly down-time by identifying wear components that could need replacement before they fail.

Lifetime Support for optimal efficiency

Our Aftermarket and Service teams can offer retrofit upgrades developed since your machine was built, bringing your operation in-line with the latest standards. New design gearboxes, control systems with recipe management, gearbox condition monitoring systems, hex or splined shafts, wear materials and the new MAX³ Feed System can all be added.

We also hold stock of a significant range of spare parts in both our Peterborough and Grand Rapids facilities that covers all key screw parts, gearboxes and shafts. The availability of these parts in the UK and North America immediately reduces the risk of unplanned downtime and loss of production.
