It provides outputs up to 1,000kg/hr, depending on product type.Hygienic constructionThe extruder frame is manufactured in steel plate; all welds are smooth and crevice free. The barrel is constructed from a special alloy steel in tubular sections; conveying is achieved by longitudinal grooves cut into the liner bore.Easy to clean and accessThe barrel area is easy to wash down and provides easy access for liner replacements if necessary. Thrust bearings are sized for long life, while low operating speeds minimize screw and barrel wear. The extruder is fully guarded with lift-off or hinged covers.Efficient coolingCold water is circulated directly onto the barrel liners for maximum cooling efficiency and good pellet formation. The screw is cored for water cooling.
