Both are complex, compound shapes and intricate angles are involved. The base must fit extremely closely to the conical table. Any deviation will cause chipping which results in waste and additional cleaning. PTFE coated parts cannot be adjusted on site. Baker Perkins parts are machined to fit exactly.
