You’ll hit the ground running, doing a real job that affords you lots of opportunities. You’ll be able to translate your knowledge into practical application, learning on the job from seasoned engineers. This framework gives you the scope to develop and progress, backed up by the support of an experienced team.
As well as the different engineering disciplines, many of our graduates go on and to develop their careers in areas such as Sales, Project Management and Purchasing. What’s more, many of the company’s most Senior Managers and Directors are engineers, and former graduates.
What’s the deal?
We offer a competitive salary, 24 days holidays plus Bank Holidays and time off between Christmas and the New Year and have company-wide pension and healthcare schemes.
If you live nearby and don’t want to be reliant on your car, we run a Cycle to Work scheme, and have a subsidised on-site canteen.
In terms of your professional development, we’ll support you if you opt to work towards Chartered Engineer status by providing a mentor, and we also participate in programmes such as the IMechE’s Supported Registration Scheme. Outside of chartership, we support all our employees who choose to study for additional qualifications, with your Manager/Team Leader and HR integral to this.
