Machine Head

The machine head consists of the components above the product conveyor, including the hopper, feed rolls, side plates, and bearings.

  • Quick Release for removal from Machine base.

Feed Rolls

  • Two (2) 303/304 stainless rolls, 265mm (10.43”) diameter
  • Each feed roll separately driven by a shaft mounted gear motor with VFD
  • Fixed roll position with 8mm gap

Side Frames: 303/304 stainless steel
End Plates (feed roll seals): HDPE

Clam Shell Feature:  Easy die and filler block removal with pneumatic lift system for access to the die assembly

  • Head lifted and lowered pneumatically via manual valve

Hopper:  Removable

  • 303/304 stainless steel, bead blasted
  • Inverted sides to eliminate product bridging

Die Rails:  Anodized aluminum

Die and Filler Block:  Tool free Die and Filler Block change

  • Accepts Baker Perkins Filler Block HC13920
