Toffee Making Machines for Commercial Production Lines

Traditional commercial toffee making machines may have seemed good once upon a time, but now that we can compare them to superior starch-free systems, their flaws are more apparent.

Some of the issues you may have experienced, include:

  • Lack of control
  • Burn on and scorching
  • Inconsistent texture
  • Irregular piece size and shape
  • Limited recipe flexibility
  • Long-term labour
  • Ingredient waste

Do any of these issues sound familiar? Baker Perkins’ machines combat these former problems, so you can swap a sluggish system for a highly efficient process that produces fantastic quality confectionery.

You can choose a full production line or a modular system, designed to integrate flawlessly with your current set up.

Yes. Our machines handle a wide range of recipes, including those with high-fat or high-milk contents, without burning. This is thanks to the Microfilm™ cooker which rapidly cooks the thin film of syrup which mitigates the risk of burning dairy ingredients.

Yes, our systems can produce soft, chewy toffee as well as the hard, brittle varieties. All Baker Perkins machines are designed to be flexible and enable rapid changes to settings or recipe ingredients. This can all be controlled via the PLC system.
