Thorough trials, often using their own local raw materials, provide a reliable basis for trouble-free commissioning of new plant and launch of new lines. The Innovation Centre contains a wide range of bakery production and laboratory scale equipment.

Complete line capability

As well as mixing, dividing and moulding, proving and baking facilities are available so improvements in texture, colour and softness can be seen in the final product. A C-Cell analyser is available for anyone wanting an objective measure of the difference in bread quality.

Specialized units can be brought in from other suppliers to complete a process. Customers are welcome to bring their own technologies to integrate with our existing equipment. Customers are guaranteed total confidentiality.
