Simplex Rounder

The Simplex rounder gently rolls dough pieces using open trough profiles to preserve the internal dough structure.

Dough conditioning

As well as forming the ball shape, the process also conditions the surface of the dough pieces for easier handling downstream.

Broad capability

A wide range of doughs, in a broad spread of weights up to 900kg are handled without flour dust.

Hygiene

Food quality band materials are in contact with the dough, and non-stick coated clamp bars hold the trough liners.
