Specialized Parts
The parts most critical to the divider process are the dies, ram and knife. For sustained accuracy these parts must be correctly lubricated. Insufficient lubrication will result in fluctuating scaling weights and premature wear while over-lubrication will waste both oil and dough. The key to correct lubrication is correctly-sized oiling channels and close tolerance manufacturing to achieve the correct clearance.
Upgraded Parts
A ram and knife set with improved oil distribution channels is available to fit to all Accurist™ and Accurist2™ dividers. This reduces oil consumption, minimizes dough waste and extends service life.
A new, lightweight die design also improves lubrication and reduces contact area leading to extended life, easier cleaning and improved weight control.
New Divider Dies
New Accurist+™ Divider Dies from Baker Perkins offer extended life, easier cleaning and improved weight control. The new dies fit any Accurist™ or Accurist2™ divider without modification and offer significant improvements over the old design. The design is based on insight and experience gained from working closely with our large installed base over many years and the result is a technically superior solution that is practical and cost-effective.
