Experienced process technologists are on hand to offer help on product formulations, process parameters from mixing to cooling, and equipment selection. Baker Perkins commissions new equipment, and trains operators. We also ensure that customers can adapt their product range to changing market needs. Technologists work both in our own laboratory and in customers’ factories to adapt existing products and develop new ones. They also modify recipes and processes to take account of changes in ingredients and legislation, and re-train operators.
Baker Perkins services include benchmarking and process optimization of installed equipment. We analyse current operation, and fine-tune machinery to maximize performance and reduce operating costs.
