The concept of distributing frozen dough pieces and baking at the point of sale has spread from its origins in North America to bring the enjoyment of freshly-baked cookies to consumers world-wide.

An indulgence difficult to resist

A freshly-baked cookie – soft, moist and often still warm from the oven – is an indulgent treat that few can resist.

Wide choice of outlets

Fresh, warm cookies enhance any informal eating occasion – at specialist and wide-ranging retail outlets, particularly in travel environments, as part of hospitality in a hotel or at a conference, or baked at home.

 A Baker Perkins speciality

The dough piece forming process is the same as a wirecut, but dough pieces are laid onto paper for freezing.  The process is based around a Baker Perkins TruClean wirecut with a series of standard modules for wire cutting, topping, paper slitting and paper cutting.
