Cream Sandwiching

Baker Perkins' cream sandwiching technology provides efficiency, quality and accuracy, especially in terms of consistent deposit placement and weight; they are more precise than depositor based alternatives. Gentle handling of the biscuits minimizes waste.

The number of input and output lanes can be tailored to suit oven and packaging layouts and, for ultimate simplicity, direct feeding into the jaw of the packaging machine is available. The Pile Pack Creamer version for snack packs creates piles of two sandwiches and feeds direct to the wrapper.
