High efficiency for product quality
Accurate weight management across the full width of the plant is achieved by close control of dough sheet thickness, and the lay-down process. Advanced motion-control technology improves the precision of the sheet positioning and lay-down. Velocity and position can be adjusted during operation, making it easy to achieve a perfectly laminated sheet.

Easy to use and maintain
This machine is compact and easy to operate, offering excellent access for both cleaning and maintenance. Product changeovers are made quickly and easily by recipe-driven adjustments through the PLC. Ease of access, plus the high quality and ready availability of components, mean that maintenance is infrequent and straightforward. Components such as motors and gearboxes all operate well within their design capability to ensure that component stress is not a cause of unreliability. Maintenance free belts are used for drives on the layering section.
