    The Baker Perkins Mini Motorized Lab Rotary Moulder is based on the geometry of our 390 Rotary Moulder series. Designed for product scale-up that duplicate the process of the larger machine in a laboratory or small bakery setting, the Motorized Lab Rotary Moulder is used to produce moulded cookies and treats.

    Die Roll: 10” diameter x 9” wide die roll, driven from feed roll gear

    Extraction Apron: 8” wide driven by rubber roll (pressure on die roll)

    Feed Roll: 9.375” roll diameter of mild steel, heavy-wall tube

    Rubber Roll: 7.56" diameter, dual durometer adjustable by handle

    Base Frame: Mild steel, painted stand with casters

    Machine Electrical Controls: SEW Euro drive with 1 E-Stop button

    Feed Roll Gear Drive: SEW Direct Drive

    Guarding: Stainless steel, non-stick polymer coated mild steal and polycarbonate
