- Lane Multiplication
Lane multiplication is usually required on cream sandwiching systems where the sandwiches pass through a cooling tunnel before enrobing and/or packaging. Multiplication ratios give up to 24 output lanes from 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 input lanes. Multiplying lines allows cooling tunnels to be shorter and therefore less costly and more efficient.
Sandwiches are transferred from the creamer on the flat, and discharged from the multiplier on the flat or stacked. This choice is determined by the preferred presentation to the wrapping machines.
Easy to use and clean
Product is transported on a conveyor belt and gently displaced sideways by pins set into sliding blocks. The multiplier assembly can be lifted away from the belt for easy access and cleaning; there is full access to the pin block for cleaning.
Up to 800 sandwiches per minute per output lane.
